Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality learning solutions and modern learning experiences across the enterprise
- Ideate, develop and refine new learning solutions and processes
- Contribute to complex learning projects
- Assist talent programs and learning organizations in producing solutions that deliver on their business outcomes
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Learning Experience Design
- Strong visual design skills
- Web-development literacy required (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience building rich, evidence-based learning experiences across a variety of settings
- In-depth knowledge and skills in learning design and adult learning theory
- Ability to design and build learning experiences using modern graphic design, video and authoring tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management
- Ability to design and develop large-scale projects with tight time constraints
