Maintenance Tech II

Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing a wide range of general maintenance and repair activities to support the safe, efficient, and professional operation of commercial facilities. This role requires hands‑on technical expertise across interior and exterior building systems, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

• Perform general maintenance and repair work in commercial buildings, including both interior and exterior systems.
• Complete repairs and installations involving drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, and suspended ceilings.
• Perform plumbing‑related tasks such as piping repairs, fixture installation and repair, and drain snaking.
• Adjust and repair interior and exterior doors.
• Hang fixtures, equipment, and other items on walls in accordance with safety and building standards.
• Safely and effectively operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• Use basic computer systems to receive assignments, document work, and communicate updates.
• Participate in a 24/7 after‑hours on‑call rotation as required.
• Travel to multiple job sites using a personal vehicle to complete daily assignments.
• Represent the company professionally while delivering high‑quality customer service.

• Proven general maintenance experience; commercial building experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools used in maintenance and repair work.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Basic computer proficiency to navigate internal systems and tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record.

• Ability to read and interpret building blueprints is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• This position is open to new or recent college graduates.

$24.23 - $36.35. The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Salary is only one component of total compensation  also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales‑incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
