What You Will Do

As a valued member of our Environmental Services team, you'll play an important role in making our community feel like home. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, attractive, and sanitary environment in public areas, guest rooms, and resident apartments. Work assignments may include Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or our Health Care Center (Skilled Nursing).

• Clean resident apartments, guest rooms, and common areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, floors, windows, furniture, and other community spaces to maintain a clean, attractive, and sanitary environment.
• Perform routine housekeeping duties such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, floor care, waste removal, and restocking cleaning supplies.
• Follow established infection control, sanitation, and safety procedures, including the proper use of cleaning products, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment and ensure supplies and equipment are cleaned and stored properly after use.
• Provide courteous, respectful service to residents, guests, and team members while supporting a welcoming community atmosphere.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damaged equipment, or other issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with community events, special projects, and other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday, 6am-2:30pm

What You Will Need

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required. We'll train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and a warm, helpful attitude.
• Ability to understand and speak English.
• Ability to safely operate standard cleaning equipment and use cleaning supplies according to established procedures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to creating a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Dependable, flexible, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping, sanitation, safety, and infection control practices.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings is a plus.
