As a Property Maintenance Director, you take care of the protection, repair, and overall appearance of our senior living facility and grounds. You complete any maintenance requests from our residents. Whether you're performing carpentry, electrical, or general repair work, you've got a smile on your face. You love keeping busy! You also love that you're being paid to learn new skills that will serve you throughout your life.

• Building maintenance skills, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and remodeling
