We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager for a newly created role with a well-established organization. This position will lead mechanical and electrical maintenance operations while driving reliability improvements, maintenance optimization, team development, and a strong culture of accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day maintenance operations across the facility.
- Oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance teams, including mechanics, E&I, planners, schedulers, turnaround, and storeroom personnel.
- Optimize preventive maintenance programs and develop maintenance KPIs.
- Utilize SAP and Excel to analyze maintenance data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage maintenance budgets, costs, and capital projects.
- Provide visible, hands-on leadership while developing team accountability and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a must have.
- Proven maintenance leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience with fixed and rotating equipment.
- Experience with SAP, PM optimization, and maintenance reliability programs.
- Strong Excel, data-analysis, KPI, and cost-management capabilities.
- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication, accountability, and team-development skills.
