Overview
This role is with a leading national mechanical contractor delivering design, construction, controls, and integrated building systems across the U.S. Their projects span stadiums, manufacturing facilities, power plants, hospitals, and educational campuses.
Key Responsibilities- Sequence of operations testing
- Point-to-point checkout and system verification
- BAS graphics development and troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot BACnet MSTP/IP, Modbus, and Lon
- Commissioning, maintenance, and repair of HVAC controls
- Electrical troubleshooting using multimeters and hand tools
- 2+ years of BAS / controls experience
- Basic HVAC knowledge
- BAS communication troubleshooting experience
- N4 Certification preferred
- Union role –
