Event Production Crew

Vintage Views is a high-volume mobile bar and event operations company serving DC and Maryland. We operate permanent venues (including the National Zoo and U.S. Botanic Garden) and execute weddings, corporate events, and large-scale activations throughout the region.

We’re hiring part-time Event Setup & Operations Staff to support the physical execution of events — loading, transporting, setting up, breaking down equipment, and supporting venue operations.

This is a hands‑on, physical role and a great entry point into event operations.

Event Production Crew assist with the physical logistics of events and venues. This includes packing equipment, loading trucks and trailers, transporting supplies, setting up and breaking down events, and returning equipment to the warehouse.

Some shifts may require driving company vehicles and towing trailers.

• Load and unload event equipment and supplies
• Assist with setting up bars, carts, and event equipment
• Break down events and reload equipment after service
• Ensure all items are returned clean and organized
• Transport equipment and supplies to and from event sites
• Assist with deliveries to permanent venues (Zoo & USBG)
• Drive company vehicles as assigned
• Tow trailers when required (training provided)
• Follow all driving and trailering safety standards
• Assist with packing event supplies
• Help organize equipment before and after events
• Support operations team during high-volume periods

• Able to lift 40–50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable with physical labor, standing, bending, and lifting
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
• Valid driver’s license required
• Comfortable towing trailers or willing to be trained
• Able to follow safety procedures at all times

• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable with hands‑on, physical work
• Clear communicator when availability changes
• Able to follow direction and safety protocols
• Event, warehouse, hospitality, or labor experience a plus
• Trailering or driving experience a plus (not required)

This is an hourly position

Clock in and out for all shifts

Reliable attendance is required

No‑shows or uncommunicated absences are not acceptable

$17-$20/hour

Gratuities on applicable events
