Position Summary :
- The Environmental Services Floor Technician is responsible for Collington's cleanliness and appearance, including the Community Building, Health Center, Apartment Building, Cottages, and Villas.
- Ensure that building interiors are well-maintained by performing tasks within assigned areas.
- This includes operating carpet cleaning equipment and floor scrubbing machines, vacuuming carpets, cleaning spots from walls and carpets, mopping floors, and assisting with meeting room setups.
- Manage trash and recycle removal, ensure the timely completion of work orders, and maintain stocked and organized floor tech supplies.
- Uphold outstanding cleanliness in all assigned areas.
- Flexibility in availability is required, including the ability to work weekends and some holidays.
- Excellent customer service skills are a must when interacting with residents and team members.
- Must be a team player and collaborate effectively with other members of the Environmental Services Department.
- Exceptional time management and consistent attendance are necessary skills for this role.

Pay Rate: $17.70/hr.

Required: High School or better.
ExperienceRequired: 2 years:
Two years of experience in a health care setting, as it relates to floor maintenance.
Required: Driver's License
