Full-time | Monday–Friday (with after-hours/weekend adaptability)
$65,000 - $75,000/ annually

- Full-time, Monday – Friday
- Primarily week‑days, with the willingness and ability to respond to emergency phone calls, texts, or vendors after hours and on weekends/holidays when needed.

- Oversee hospital and facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects
- Manage preventive maintenance and repairs for medical and office equipment
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Oversee IT, security systems, and building infrastructure
- Ensure OSHA compliance and lead hospital safety training and annual updates
- Manage maintenance contracts, equipment purchases, and vendor accounts
- Process and approve invoices and support accounts payable functions
- Monitor facility needs and prioritize repairs
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to improve operations and maintain regulatory compliance
- 1+ years of facility management or operations experience
- Veterinary hospital experience and equipment knowledge strongly preferred
- Experience with OSHA compliance and workplace safety programs
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Oracle or veterinary practice management software is a plus
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary leadership team
- Willingness to respond to occasional after‑hours facility emergencies
