Facilities Team Member

KCD has an immediate need for a Facilities Team Member. This person will serve in a multi-purpose role, performing a wide range of daily maintenance and operational tasks in school buildings and facilities across the 80-acre campus. This is a full-time, year-round position.

• Perform light maintenance duties, such as painting, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Deliver packages within the campus.
• Furniture moving, event set ups.
• Light cleaning, garbage pick-up.
• Additional duties as deemed necessary by the Supervisor.

• Experience in painting, plumbing, electrical and carpentry work is preferred.
• Attention to detail and conscientiousness.
• Dependability and commitment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to move easily and quickly around the campus.
