• Drive it, dig it, mow it: Operate equipment to maintain and repair grounds, facilities, and equipment.
• Keep it clean: Help with general cleaning and upkeep of outdoor spaces and buildings.
• Fix it up: Assist with repairs to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Team up: Work with a crew to make our community spaces safe, beautiful, and ready for everyone to enjoy.

• Experience with light to medium equipment (bonus points for backhoe skills!).
• A can-do attitude and pride in getting the job done right.
• The ability to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
• A team mindset - because the job is more fun when everyone's in sync.

• High school diploma or GED, with 1 yr. of vocational school preferred
• 1-2 years' experience operating light & medium equipment (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Must be able to obtain KY State Pesticide License within one year

• Pay Grade G1; $42,806 annually

• 40 hrs. a week; hrs. will vary
• Mon-Fri, 6-2:30 pm or 7-3:30 p.m.; weekend work required. The City of Bowling Green is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug - Free Workplace.
