Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multifamily community in Bowling Green KY. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for ensuring the property is safe, well‑maintained, and operating efficiently.

- Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced apartment environment
