This role is responsible for leading all maintenance and facilities operations within a multi-site manufacturing environment. You’ll oversee equipment reliability, facility upkeep, and team performance while driving continuous improvement and supporting capital projects.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and develop the maintenance team across multiple functional areas Oversee preventative maintenance programs and day-to-day repair activities Plan, schedule, and assign work to ensure efficient use of labor and resources Manage facility systems, equipment performance, and overall site safety Partner with engineering and leadership on capital improvements and upgrades Coordinate and manage external contractors and projects Track downtime, control costs, and manage maintenance budgets Maintain records, reports, and compliance with safety and operational standards

What We’re Looking For:

Strong background in maintenance, facilities, or industrial operations Hands-on knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building systems Experience leading teams and improving maintenance processes Ability to read blueprints and plan projects effectively Solid understanding of safety standards, regulations, and preventative maintenance Additional Info:
