Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lakota Lake Apartments in West Chester, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

• $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Quarterly bonus up to $750.00
• $100.00 a week additional pay when on call if you get called out or not!

• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
