Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Role Summary
The Asset Admin is an active member of the Maintenance support staff team, driving and supporting maintenance processes, controls, and asset management. Successful candidates will be responsible for tracking and maintaining all assets and related documents, to optimize workforce efficiency and productivity while minimizing total maintenance cost and effort.
In addition, the Asset Admin will need a true hands‑on approach, strong communication and decision‑making skills, the ability to prioritize, schedule, and logistically support multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines, and the ability to function in a maintenance team environment.
ResponsibilitiesTrack, maintain, and update all asset records and related documentation.
Support maintenance processes and controls to ensure asset integrity.
Prioritize, schedule, and apply logistical support for multiple maintenance projects.
