We are looking for fun‑loving, dedicated and caring team members for a variety of hourly positions who are fanatical about putting a smile on our Players’ and fellow Play makers’ faces.

• Hourly wages are competitive, and tips are available for certain positions.

• Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment – a plus, not a must.

• Welcome and assist players with check‑in and reservations, ensuring they have all the information they need.
• Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions to help players maximize their visit.
• Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear.
• Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, including tidying the retail area and offering guidance.
• Commit to safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a safe environment for guests.
• Live the Topgolf core values—Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring—every day.

• Lifting and moving items up to 50lb., including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels.
• Comfort with bending, stooping, and carrying.
• Expect to be on your feet for most of the day; love walking throughout the shift.
• Always engaged in a variety of physical activities.
• Endurance to maintain pace in a high‑volume working environment.
