Role PurposeThis role is responsible for the safe and efficient repairing and rebuilding of airport service vehicles, including support trucks, stationary carts, tankers, and hydrant trucks. The incumbent will inspect and identify defective or broken parts and perform repairs to gas/diesel engines, hydraulic, electrical, fueling, and mechanical systems. The maintenance team provides preventive care for equipment and timely repairs to ensure the aircraft services team can operate effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and identify defective or broken parts on vehicles.
- Perform repairs to gas/diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, fueling systems, and mechanical systems.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual quality‑control checks on refueling equipment and maintain maintenance records.
- Drive and operate refueling equipment vehicles.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment in accordance with local health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
Location:
Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG)
Hourly Rate: $27.00 per hour. $29.50 with $2.50 shift differential pay for 3rd shift.
Schedule:
40 hours per week – open availability including weekends.
Must possess mechanical tools and a toolbox.

Qualifications- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 to 5 years of mechanical experience.
- Proficient reading, writing, and speaking in English.
- Available and flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
- Must pass a pre‑employment drug test.
- Must obtain and maintain all required Airport and Customs badges/seals.
