Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Midtown at WKU in Bowling Green, KY to keep resident living spaces safe, clean, and well-maintained. You’ll handle service requests, unit turnovers, grounds and common areas, pool maintenance where applicable, and participate in on-call rotations with the maintenance team.
Requires a high school diploma; HVAC/electrical/plumbing experience preferred; EPA Type I/II may be required in some locations; must live within 30 miles and
