Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Cleaner to join our team to manage several of our Akron Properties!
You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly common area spaces. Tenant spaces are NOT a responsibility in this job listing.
Properties: (Less than 10 minutes between each property )

- 3090 West Market Street, Fairlawn, OH 44333
- 3094 West Market Street, Fairlawn, OH 44333
- 1557 Vernon Odom Blvd, OH 44320
Responsibilities:
- Keep building common area bathrooms and hallways in clean and orderly condition
- Perform Medium cleaning duties such as mopping floors and vacuuming carpets.
- Restock Common Area Toiletries
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
