• High school diploma or GED.
• Meets all mandated health requirements.
• Documented evidence of a clear criminal record at the time of hire and every five (5) years thereafter.
• Food production skills and the ability to use commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ability to comply with nutrition, health, and safety regulations.
• Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts.
• Meets all prerequisite qualifications to be bonded.
• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record as a condition of initial and continued employment.

• Demonstrates professionalism and maintains a positive work attitude.
• Carries out prescribed activities efficiently with limited supervision.
• Works cooperatively to support a successful team effort.
• Communicates effectively using verbal, nonverbal, and writing skills.
• Completes detailed paperwork accurately.

• Lifts, carries, and/or moves food service supplies and equipment. Performs tasks that may require reaching, crouching, kneeling, and/or crawling.
• Distinguishes variances in color, texture, aroma, and taste.
• Maintains an acceptable attendance record and is punctual.
• Travels to meetings and work assignments.
