Site Cleaner

Homeland Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Apartment Cleaning Technician to maintain the cleanliness of vacant units at an apartment complex in Bowling Green, KY. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during daytime hours —no nights, no weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain vacant apartment units, including sweeping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure office spaces remain clean and organized.
• Maintain outdoor areas by picking up debris and keeping the grounds tidy.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by the Site Manager and Regional Property Manager .

• Strong reliability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
