*** The Housekeeper is responsible for daily cleaning of multi-family apartment community offices, resident amenities, vacant units, as well as internal and external common areas.
****** Duties/Responsibilities:***
* *** Daily cleaning and sanitizing of the leasing offices, clubhouses, kitchen, model(s), hallways and/or any other common areas including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting when necessary***
* *** Work with the Property Manager to ensure vacant units are cleaned and ready for rent.***
* *** Picks up and empties trash containers in the leasing office and common areas.***
* *** Clean and sanitize common area laundry room(s) as needed.***
* *** Notifies maintenance if something is not working properly.***
* *** Performs other related duties as assigned.***## Qualifications
