Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to work in the greater Toledo, OH area for a tier 1 automotive supplier. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

Supervision and management of 10-14 multi-craft maintenance technicians

Develops and maintains schedule and allocates work to employees based on urgency/priority.

Monitors ongoing work progress and final inspection upon completion of work.

Establishes and maintains an effective preventative maintenance program.

Performs root-cause analysis to identify causes of machine breakdowns and makes recommendations to fix problem.

Provides coaching and counseling to direct reports and conducts performance reviews.

Mechanically inclined with strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic machinery, automation, electronic, electrical and PLC's.Sound knowledge of industrial safety procedures.

Minimum 3 years of maintenance supervision/leadership experience.
