Operations Technician – Shift Operations

Maintain equipment safely and smoothly through hands-on tasks
Read drawings and inspect equipment
Support pipeline operations
Collaborate with teammates to analyze data and resolve technical or operational challenges
Follow company policies, procedures, technical standards, and regulations
Learn and apply requirements for safe and effective facility operations
Protect team members, the community, the environment, and company assets
Maintain familiarity with the site, equipment, and permits
Support regulatory compliance and smooth operations
Maintain accurate process-operation records
Complete reports and logs
Assist with preventive maintenance
Support construction projects
Troubleshoot equipment
Analyze data to solve technical challenges
Perform other projects and responsibilities as needed

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and travel between locations
• Ability to work in extreme conditions and elevated areas with PPE
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence
• Technician I: 6+ months of operations experience, or internship with Associate degree
• Technician II: 2+ years of operations experience, preferably in oil & gas
• Technician III: 3+ years of operations experience, preferably in oil & gas
• Technician Sr: 6+ years of operations experience with similar equipment or facilities;
  Associate degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, loud areas, confined spaces, and at heights
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform extended standing, walking, climbing, bending, and squatting
• Ability to use ladders, scaffolding, or lifts with proper PPE
• Ability to use hand tools regularly
• Availability for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call duty
• Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts with potential overtime
• Ability to travel between locations with occasional overnight stays
