Floor Technician Housekeeping, Environmental Services
This position performs daily project assignments and the cleaning and maintenance of hard floor and carpets throughout the facility in accordance with organizational standards. Responsibilities include stripping and refinishing floors, disposing of bio‑medical and hazardous waste as regulated, and delivering exceptional service to patients, guests and others. The position is exposed to hazardous materials and a variety of infectious diseases. Estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.84 per hour depending on experience.
Qualifications- High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper.
- Floor care experience preferred.
- Previous environmental services experience desired.
- Has the ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with continuous exposure to cleaning agents and dust.
