• Maintain buildings and breezeways free from trash and cobwebs.
• Sweep and/or blow debris.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walk the property monthly.
• Pressure wash the buildings.

• Clean all common areas, model units and amenities.
• Maintain compactor area free from debris.
