Hometown America is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Sunny South community in Boynton Beach, FL. You will perform routine, emergency and preventive maintenance for the community's buildings, common areas and leased homes to ensure long-term viability of the community.
As the Maintenance Technician you will maintain curb appeal, perform grounds tasks such as power washing and pest control, and support operations by coordinating with the supervisor and teammates.
