The Custodian position focuses primarily on maintaining a sanitary, clean, tidy, and comfortable environment at Zoot-owned properties with integrity and an attention to detail. This position could be located at our offices in Bozeman or Billings or at other Zoot-owned properties in Billings.

• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, kitchenettes, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, gym, and other work areas at Zoot-owned properties.
• Wash tables and surfaces in rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, kitchenettes, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, other work areas, and coffee bar.
• Sweep, scrub, and polish floor and lobby staircase.
• Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, trim, metalwork, and stainless surfaces (e.g., drinking fountains, door handles, light switches, elevators).
• Dust and polish furniture, window sills, wood work, and cubicle surfaces.
• Wash walls, restroom stalls, and locker room and restroom floors.
• Wash windows, glass doors, door panels, and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays.
• Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenish restroom paper supplies and kitchenette paper towels in proper receptacles.
• Wash, dry, and fold laundry used by custodial and kitchen staff.
• Maintain accurate reporting of low inventory to ensure supplies remain in stock at appropriate levels.
• Compliance with and knowledge of Zoot’s Policies and Procedures, Code of Business Conduct, and Employee Agreement.
• Achieve a service‑focused culture with emphasis on delivering on‑time, high‑quality products and services to internal and external customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma.
• Prior related work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for Billings location; otherwise an equal combination of education and experience.

Ability to move about inside an office environment, operate computers and other office machinery, and frequently communicate with other employees, clients, vendors, and visitors. Requires long periods of sitting at a computer workstation.

This position will take place primarily in an office setting, typically a cubicle in an open space environment. Exempt employees must regularly and consistently report to work on‑site at Zoot headquarters during normal business hours. Occasional nighttime and weekend work, as well as occasional travel, may be required.
