Weekend Cleaning Tech ($25 to $35 an hour)

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour.

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across various commercial environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and experience in janitorial or custodial services. • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment during all cleaning activities.
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning procedures and confidentiality.
• Ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards before completion of shift.

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial work is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and prioritize tasks effectively.
