Big Time Inflatables Event Crew Member

Big Time Inflatables is hiring reliable, hardworking team members to help deliver, set up, and clean up inflatable attractions and event equipment for parties and events across the Bozeman/Belgrade area and beyond.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role. Expect consistent heavy lifting, pushing and working outdoors in the heat.
You’ll be part of the crew that brings the fun—while representing our brand with great customer service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a large box truck to and from event locations
• Load and unload heavy equipment (100+ lbs.)
• Set up and securely anchor inflatables and event equipment
• Thoroughly clean equipment
• Tear down and properly put away equipment
• Provide friendly, professional customer service on-site
• Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed
• Assist with warehouse organization, cleaning, and prep as needed
• Travel to out-of-town events (optional opportunities)

Requirements:

• 18+ years old
• Able to lift and move equipment (100+ lbs.)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Comfortable driving a large box truck
• Able to pass a background check
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well in teams
• Dependable and on-time to events
• Weekend, evening & Holiday availability required
• Comfortable working outdoors in the sun for long hours

Additional Details:

• Seasonal, part-time W-2 position
• Paid per event, equivalent to $15-20+/hr.
• Flexible scheduling. Events range from a couple hours to full day commitments
• On-the-job training
• Opportunities for additional hours through warehouse work and prep
• Hat and shirt provided
• Events will be worked in teams of 2 or individually depending on event size
• Team members who are efficient, reliable, and great with customers will have access to more events and higher earning opportunities.
