• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, plus on-call rotation

• $23-$25/hour + commissions

• You are responsible for the upkeep, repair, and overall health of the property. On any given day you might:
• Handle hands‑on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool and spa systems.
• Respond fast to work orders and see each one through to a high‑quality finish.
• Walk the property to catch maintenance issues early and keep it compliant with safety and health codes.
• Protect curb appeal by keeping grounds, building exteriors, and common areas clean and functional.
• Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks, approve purchases, and coordinate vendors.
• Keep clear records of the work you do, including materials, hours, and completion status.
• Take your turn in the after‑hours emergency on‑call rotation and pitch in on snow and ice removal.
• Stay on top of your maintenance software so every work order is current, accurate, and on time.
