As a Building Maintenance Technician 2, you will:

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers
• Assist in the inspection of our buildings and structures to determine any necessary repairs, upkeep, or routine maintenance
• Complete and document “Service Work Requests” with care in a timely manner
• Drive to locations across Manatee, Sarasota, and Hardee counties to inspect and service requests

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of work experience in facility management
• A valid Florida Driver’s License and safe driving record
• Must be available to work with flexible or alternative hours and be on-call as required
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation

• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to 40 pounds with no support regularly
