Part Time Inspector

Overview

Seasonal Inspector - PRIME Vacations is looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented, self-starting team member who values the sense of accomplishment from hard work, great communications, and being an integral part of a successful and fast-growing team.

• Deliver sparkling clean and well-maintained homes for owners and guests in our luxury vacation property portfolio.
• Conduct virtual guest maintenance requests and meet and greets.
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks in a timely manner.

• Valid, clean driver’s license.
• Reliable, steady worker; self-motivated and able to work independently after instructions.
• Effective verbal and written communication with employees, guests, and owners.
• Ability to listen, understand, and clarify concerns; multitask and solve problems as needed.
• Good tech skills with working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word; adaptable with a positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability, especially during peak seasons and holidays.

Must be able to climb stairs, bend, stoop, kneel, and work outside moving between properties in all weather. Must be able to move, push, pull, lift, and carry objects; use ladders; reach overhead, bend, and twist.

• Schedule:
  
  6–8 hour shifts; day shift;
  Friday–Monday and Saturday–Tuesday; some holidays
• Education:
  
  High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• License/Certification:
  Driver’s License (Required);
  Dependable Transportation (Required) – you use your own vehicle
• Location:
  
  On Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Bradenton, Hunter’s Pointe
• Pay:
  From $20.00 per hour
