Assist with operation, maintenance and repair of equipment as assigned;
Participate in preventative maintenance programs for hotel facilities;
Perform tasks such as changing light bulbs, vinyl repairs, touch-up painting, minor furniture repair, tub caulking, tile repairs;
Perform preventative maintenance on ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, HVAC, guestrooms, meeting rooms, pool and hot tub;
Address guest requests and other work orders as assigned by supervisor or manager
