The RMR Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor, Residential, to lead the community maintenance team and respond to resident requests promptly. You will partner with the Property Manager and leasing team to support move-ins and move-outs and ensure a reliable, enjoyable living experience for residents.
You will manage service requests, schedule on-call rotations, supervise technicians, maintain records, and uphold safety policies and compliance with ADA, Fair Housing, OSHA.
