The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the Club's buildings, amenities, and equipment to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for members, guests, and staff.

• Performs minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs
• Conducts routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and mechanical systems to identify maintenance needs
• Completes preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems according to established schedules
• Responds promptly to maintenance requests, including emergency service calls; assesses the nature of each issue and determines the resources required to resolve it
• Troubleshoots and repairs facility-related issues while minimizing disruption to Club operations
• Communicates regularly with the Operations Manager regarding outstanding work orders, project status, and maintenance concerns
• Maintains accurate records of completed work and preventive maintenance activities
• Performs general cleaning and housekeeping duties in maintenance areas and common facilities
• Assists with special projects, event setup, and other duties as assigned

• Previous experience in building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field is required
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and perform repairs safely and efficiently
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in indoor and outdoor environments
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Flexibility to work one weekend day, evenings, or holidays as needed
