Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties in and around the community grounds;
Complete service requests for repair of grounds, buildings, apartments, equipment and vehicles;
Perform routine tasks: plumbing, minor electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, refrigeration, carpet and hard-surface maintenance;
Prepare and refurbish units for new residents (make ready);
Respond to on-call and emergency maintenance requests as needed
