Range Water Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Alton Lake House in Bradenton, FL. You will lead the maintenance team, handle resident work orders, and drive preventive maintenance to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities in top condition.
The role requires 1–3 years in supervision, a high school diploma or GED, OSHA/MSDS knowledge, and applicable EPA certifications. Proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/One Site is preferred; weekend flexibility is expected.
