The Maintenance Supervisor at The RMR Group will lead the on-site maintenance team, respond to resident service requests, and ensure timely repairs and preventive upkeep. You will partner with the Property Manager and leasing team to support move-ins, move-outs, and create a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.
Requires 5+ years in maintenance/property management, valid certifications (NAA CAMT, EPA Universal), and proven leadership.
