The RMR Group Inc is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and ensure timely responses to resident requests. You will partner with the Property Manager and leasing team to support move in/move out processes and provide an enjoyable experience for residents.
You will supervise technicians, manage preventative maintenance records, budgets, and inventory, and uphold safety and regulatory compliance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and building systems.
