Car Wash Attendant

Coastal Car Wash is seeking a dependable Car Wash Attendant to deliver fast, friendly, and high-quality vehicle cleaning services. In this hands-on role, you'll greet customers, guide vehicles safely through the wash tunnel, and perform interior and exterior cleaning, including vacuuming, window cleaning, and wiping surfaces. You'll monitor wash equipment, follow safety procedures with chemicals and tools, and keep work areas clean and organized.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys active, outdoor work, teamwork, and providing great customer service in a fast-paced environment with room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service throughout the wash process
• Guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel and monitor equipment operation
• Perform exterior and interior cleaning, including vacuuming, window cleaning, and wiping surfaces
• Inspect vehicles for quality and rework areas as needed to meet company standards
• Handle basic transactions, memberships, and customer questions
• Follow safety procedures when using equipment and cleaning chemicals
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and customer spaces
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily volume and quality goals
