Pay Range $18.00 - 19.50 per hour
The Field Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bradenton, FL. This position oversees cleaning crews across assigned facilities, ensuring services meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling staff, assigning work orders, conducting site inspections, and verifying completion of janitorial, floor care, and specialty cleaning tasks.
The Field Supervisor will train and coach team members, monitor inventory and equipment usage, and address client requests or issues promptly and professionally.
The role also involves documenting operational activities, reporting performance metrics, and collaborating with management to improve processes, efficiency, and service delivery.
Qualifications- Supervisory and leadership skills, including team management, performance coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Operational planning and organizational skills to manage schedules, workloads, and multiple facility sites.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices, floor care, and safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to assess site conditions, conduct quality inspections, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Basic computer skills for documenting activities, using scheduling tools, and preparing reports.
- Valid driver's license in order to legally and reliably drive between client sites
- Previous experience in facility maintenance, janitorial supervision, or related fields is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends based on client and operational needs.
