Job Overview
Will provide general maintenance of office building(s) at designated site(s) and ensure a safe and sanitized working environment.
Responsibilities and Duties- Empty waste baskets daily and take refuse to curb for weekly pick up.
- Vacuum carpets daily and keep walkways free of debris and clutter.
- Clean and sanitize bathroom daily.
- Clean other equipment and furniture as indicated.
- Clean inside windows weekly; outside windows monthly, weather permitting.
- Strip, wax and polish floors weekly.
- Keep equipment and supplies stocked and accessible and notify supervisor of any supply needs.
- Notify supervisor of general maintenance repairs that cannot be completed by Custodial staff.
