Bradford, PA | Full-Time | Day Shift (Seasonal Shift Change in Winter)

Our commitment to excellence starts right here at our facilities — and that’s where you come in! We are looking for a dedicated Building and Grounds Worker to help maintain our plant and grounds, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-kept environment for our employees and visitors.

As a Building and Grounds Worker, you’ll keep our facilities running smoothly year-round. From mowing and landscaping in the summer to snow removal in the winter, your work will directly impact the safety and appearance of our plant.

• Mow lawns, trim weeds, rake leaves, and perform landscaping tasks to keep our property pristine.
• Remove trash and empty recycling containers.
• Trim bushes, shrubs, and hedges.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as directed.
• Handle snow removal including plowing, shoveling sidewalks, and clearing doorways.
• Operate snowblowers, snowplows, and salt spreaders during winter months.
• Assist with general building repairs such as drywall, painting, and fixture maintenance.
• Pick up and deliver supplies as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to safely operate equipment such as mowers, trucks, snowplows, forklifts, aerial lifts, ladders, and power tools.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of general carpentry and repair.

Monday–Friday | 7:00-3:30
During winter months, shift will switch to 2nd shift as assigned.
