understand that facilities isn't just about buildings and equipment—it’s about creating places where guests

want to return and teams are proud to work.

  • Develop annual capital expenditure budgets and long-range facilities and asset plans.
  • Work closely with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project scope, costs, quality, and timelines.
  • Help identify opportunities to extend the life and value of our properties through smart investment and proactive planning.
Keep People & Properties Safe
  • Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Oversee life safety, fire protection, emergency preparedness, and related systems and programs.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and risk assessments.
  • Lead OSHA compliance and workplace safety initiatives.
  • Ensure facilities teams are trained and equipped to work safely and effectively.
Own the Numbers
  • Develop and manage departmental operating and capital budgets.
  • Track expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.
  • Review contracts and manage vendor relationships and agreements.
  • Monitor utilities and identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption and operating expenses.
  • Balance short-term operational needs with long-term asset strategy.
Make the Guest Experience Better
  • Understand that every maintenance decision can impact a guest's experience.
  • Ensure facility-related guest issues are addressed quickly, professionally, and completely.
