Maintenance & Facilities Technician I

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance & Facilities Technician I to perform preventive maintenance, facility repairs, and general building upkeep in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and facility equipment
• Assist with preventive maintenance and repair projects
• Support facility cleanliness, trash removal, and janitorial duties
• Replenish restroom supplies and maintain common areas
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Respond to maintenance requests and support daily operations
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational training
• At least 1 year of building maintenance or facilities experience
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Basic math and English skills
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and during weather emergencies

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift up to 35 lbs
• Ability to bend, climb, kneel, crawl, and operate pallet jacks
