Maintenance & Facilities Technician I
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance & Facilities Technician I to perform preventive maintenance, facility repairs, and general building upkeep in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and facility equipment
- Assist with preventive maintenance and repair projects
- Support facility cleanliness, trash removal, and janitorial duties
- Replenish restroom supplies and maintain common areas
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Respond to maintenance requests and support daily operations
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- High school diploma, GED, or vocational training
- At least 1 year of building maintenance or facilities experience
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Basic math and English skills
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and during weather emergencies
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift up to 35 lbs
- Bend, climb, kneel, crawl, and operate pallet jacks
