Maintenance Technician

You’ll run routine inspections and maintenance and create preventative measures to keep our equipment running smoothly as long as possible and minimize any risk. • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks
• Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed
• Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed
• Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made
• Manage other maintenance requests as required

• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures
• Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Over 2 years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems

$17 - $19 hourly
