• Assure personal safety and a safe working environment.
• Assure an orderly and clean work environment to include all assigned areas within the Sight & Sound building.
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to general custodial duties to ensure consistency, efficiency, safety, and high-quality outcomes.
• Perform cleaning activities which include all aspects of the theatre such as offices, restrooms, lobby areas, all public and private areas of the building assigned.
• Perform routine carpet care maintenance, which includes vacuuming, spot cleaning, and the operation of carpet care equipment, as well as maintaining carpet cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance or replacement needs to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Lead.
• When called upon, help in other areas of the building, maintenance, and grounds, depending on availability.
• All other duties as assigned.

• A respectful and caring team player.
• Ability to receive and understand verbal and written instructions.
• Good verbal and communication skills.
• Comfortable with heights.
• Willing to learn operational training on forklifts, scissor lifts, aerial lifts, etc.
• Supportive of and belief in Sight & Sound's purpose statement.

Education and/or

Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
