$3,000–$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Experienced HVAC Service Professionals with 3+ years of experience who can confidently diagnose, communicate, and deliver solutions to homeowners.

• Precision Diagnostics: Use your HVAC knowledge to identify failures accurately. You’ll be the consultative expert who meets with the homeowners, explains the “why” and provides thoughtful system solutions, upgrades, improvements or replacement options, ensuring our customers have an educated understanding.

• Experience: Hands on HVAC experience and/or education in Residential or Commercial settings.
• Technology: Skillful with cell phones, iPads, & email. Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
• License: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to make complex technical issues easy to understand.
• Physicality: Ability to perform heavy lifting and navigate tight spaces (crawlspaces/attics) to ensure a complete repair.
